The hob in glass ceramic or induction, is characterized by a completely flat surface, shiny, smooth and free of the commonest stove. Theoretically, the plans of induction cooking are easier to clean than standard because the only part of the appliance that heats is in contact with the pot. However, the surface of these planes is formed by a glass ceramic material that is susceptible to scratching and abrasion. To keep it beautiful and functional, it will be necessary to clean it regularly and use only products specifically designed for the device. Before starting cleaning work make sure that the plate is completely off and cold, to avoid burns or injury of the glass . For surface cleaning, take a soft sponge or microfiber cloth dampened with distilled water, so as to eliminate all residual dust deposited on the surface .
